He also worked as a Software Engineer Intern at pure storage, where he was part of the testing team and contributed to building infrastructure to track and gain insights from metrics in the test infrastructure of the product. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, which he is expected to complete by December 2022. During his time at the university, he gained a strong foundation in computer science and developed a keen interest in software engineering.
